We ran into some issues (because the car & key are old) but Bob and Travis were total professionals and handled the issue(s). During the process they explained what was happening. They gave me a bit of an education in remote car locks, keys, and transponders. I never realized just how complicated it can be. Karis Lock is fair, honest, friendly, very helpful, and understanding.
